Tip for crispy fries: Drop your sliced potatoes in BOILING water forTHREE minutes. Strain them and PLUNGE THEM IN COLD WATER to stop the cooking. Oil them with thyme and rosemary (add salt to your taste) air fry at 400F for 12 minutes.
